At Chauhan Sports, we prioritize transparency and trust. We strongly recommend opting for Open Box Delivery. Please inspect your package thoroughly upon arrival. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, refuse the delivery immediately.

Note: Once a product is accepted and delivered, return requests for physical damage or missing items cannot be entertained.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee purely for manufacturing defects.

If your product has a functional manufacturing defect, report it to us within 7 days of delivery.
We will verify the issue and proceed with a replacement or repair authorized by the manufacturer.
Monetary refunds are generally not processed unless the product is out of stock or cannot be replaced.
